    Restaurant Supervisor / Social Media Coordinator Location: Yellowstone Pizza – South Woodford Reports To: General Manager Salary: £15.00 per hour Plus Tips About the Role We're looking for a passionate, energetic and creative Restaurant Supervisor / Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This is a dual-role position combining restaurant leadership with content creation and social media management. You'll support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant while also helping grow Yellowstone's online presence through engaging content and trend-led social media. Key Responsibilities Restaurant Operations • Support the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant., • Supervise Front of House staff during shifts., • Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example., • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently., • Ensure smooth service during busy periods., • Assist with opening and closing procedures., • Complete daily operational checklists., • Allocate staff breaks and manage shift flow., • Monitor restaurant cleanliness and presentation standards., • Support stock control and report low-stock items. Team Leadership • Lead and motivate the Front of House team., • Assist with training and onboarding new team members., • Ensure staff follow company policies and service standards., • Provide coaching and constructive feedback., • Help create a positive, friendly and energetic working environment. Social Media & Content Creation • Create engaging photo and video content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook., • Capture food, drinks, behind-the-scenes moments and team content., • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and adapt them for the brand., • Plan and schedule regular social media posts., • Work with the General Manager to promote new menu launches, offers and events., • Help grow Yellowstone's online community through creative and engaging content., • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages when required., • Assist in maintaining a consistent brand image across all platforms. Cash Handling & POS • Operate and supervise the Toast POS system., • Assist with cash handling procedures., • Ensure accurate processing of payments., • Report any till discrepancies to management. Health & Safety • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations., • Maintain a clean and safe working environment., • Report maintenance and safety issues promptly. Communication • Work closely with the kitchen and Front of House teams to ensure excellent service., • Escalate operational issues to the General Manager where necessary., • Attend team meetings and training sessions. Requirements • Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés or bars is essential., • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience., • Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram or Facebook., • Good understanding of current social media trends., • Confident using a smartphone to create high-quality photos and videos., • Strong communication and customer service skills., • Highly organised and able to multitask., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment., • Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
