Commercial Insurance Account Handler - Lichfield office based 5 days per week \n Overview of Benefits of the position – Salary negotiable DOE to c 55-60k \n Free Car parking or parking permit \n 26 days holiday plus their Birthday off \n Overview of Job Specification as below; \n SENIOR ACCOUNT HANDLER \n JOB DESCRIPTION \n \n\n • Account Handler for all types of commercial & personal insurances ranging from single policy to business portfolios ( e.g. Motor, Motor Fleet, Commercial Combined, Household, High Net Worth, Travel, Liability, Property, PI, LE, Marine etc .. ) for new business, adjustments and renewals\n, • Obtaining quotations from insurer portals, Acturis quote system & manual marketing\n, • Adding client policy records to Acturis\n, • Updating Acturis policy records with any changes\n, • Ownership of policy from start to finalising cover\n, • Checking policy cover and endorsement wordings\n, • Invoicing new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments\n, • Responsible for creating and managing own tasks with regular updates to clients & Directors\n, • Hands on approach with insurers, clients & Directors\n, • Responding to all email and phone queries in a timely manner\n, • Writing letters to clients\n, • Independent working and learning\n, • Negotiating favourable policy terms on behalf of clients\n, • From time to time, attending client meetings off site\n, • Preparing meeting notes\n, • Efficient use of Acturis system ( full training will be given )\n, • Submitting a weekly work return\n, • Working as part of team\n, • Critical thinking and problem solving\n\n \n If you wish to apply for this position please click on the link and a consultant from Cameron James Professional Recruitment will be in contact with you \n \n
