Offering reception and front-of-house support when required, including welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls and assisting with general office administration. About You We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administrative support. You'll ideally have: Previous experience in an administration, logistics, customer operations or customer service role. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A confident and professional communication style. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word. Experience using ERP, MRP or Sage systems would be advantageous. Previous exposure to logistics administration, delivery documentation or order processing would be beneficial.
