Our diverse portfolio spans bespoke new builds, high-end extensions, and premium refurbishments, with luxury project values reaching up to £6m. Due to a rapidly growing pipeline of exciting projects, they are looking to expand our talented team. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Intermediate or Senior Architectural Technician to take ownership of their work and drive high-profile residential projects forward. You will play a pivotal role in taking schemes from the initial planning stages straight through to building regulations and completion, with genuine opportunities to run your own projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit comprehensive planning applications and detailed building regulations packages. Technical project delivery, ensuring all designs comply with current UK regulations and standards. Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal design teams. Manage and coordinate project documentation using AutoCAD. Oversee projects on-site where required, ensuring design integrity is maintained.
