Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust provides community and hospital mental health, learning disability, forensic and challenging behaviour services across Greenwich, Bexley, Bromley, and surrounding areas. Greenwich ALD: The post holder will be part of the Mental Health and Challenging Behaviour Team, conducting clinical assessments of patients with mental health issues and contributing to care plans. They will run a minimum of four mental health out‑patient clinics per week and manage a caseload of 80‑100 patients, including those with psychosis, anxiety, OCD, affective disorders, dementia, autism, ADHD, and more. ALD Service: Provides specialist health care for adults with learning disabilities living in Greenwich, Bromley, and Bexley. The team delivers high‑quality, evidence‑based assessment, monitoring, and intervention to support independent and meaningful living. Design and develop future pathways as part of the pathway management team. The role offers flexibility for candidates seeking a flexible working arrangement and may lead to a wider/senior clinical leadership role within the Adult Learning Disability Directorate, depending on experience and interest. • GMC Registration, • Inclusion or eligibility for inclusion on GMC’s Specialist Register (CCT/equiv/CESR), • Relevant experience in mental health and/or learning disabilities This post requires a Disclosure and Barring Service check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975. £113,565 to £150,569 per year plus 2% on‑call plus London weighting £2,162 per annum pro rata. #J-18808-Ljbffr
