Equifind is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing, omnichannel fashion retail business looking for a Commercial Finance Manager. This role will be central to supporting their growth ambitions, with a particular focus on digital performance and international expansion. \n \n About the Role \n \n You'll act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, working cross-functionally to turn data into clear, commercially useful insight that shapes decision-making. \n \n Responsibilities \n \n\n • Work alongside retail, merchandising, e-commerce, and marketing teams to track performance against key metrics and support commercial decisions across all markets, including ad hoc analysis as business needs arise\n, • Build financial models to appraise investment decisions — from new store openings and market entry to product launches and technology investment — and translate these into clear ROI cases\n, • Own the reporting and analysis cycle that underpins time-sensitive business decisions\n, • Run the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle across all sales channels, covering revenue, margin, and cost lines\n, • Work with senior stakeholders to track performance, review spend, and surface actionable insight\n, • Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting that calls out key trends, risks, and opportunities\n, • Help implement and refine systems that improve reporting on customer behaviour, segmentation, seasonality, and campaign performance\n, • Identify and drive improvements to financial processes, systems, and reporting output\n, • Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial data\n, • Work with technology and commercial teams to strengthen the data feeding into financial and KPI reporting\n, • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, balancing support with challenge to get the best out of people\n\n \n Required Skills \n \n\n • Strong commercial experience in a fast-paced consumer business (CIMA qualified or equivalent)\n, • Confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and ask the questions that matter\n, • Good judgement — balancing data with common sense\n, • A proactive approach to your own professional growth\n\n \n If this sounds like something of interest, please apply or reach out asap to discuss further.
