We are seeking a dedicated and organized full-time Parts Administrator to join our busy service/parts department. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations and serves as the primary link between our valued customers and essential suppliers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, ordering, and managing parts supply.
- Liaising effectively with engineers and parts suppliers.
- Providing support with quoting, utilizing established templates and customer portals.
- Accurately booking in delivered parts and updating the system.
- Answering incoming calls during peak periods and contributing to the general daily administration of the office.
We welcome applications from a diverse range of candidates with experience in customer service, administrative offices, or sales/service departments. While prior experience is preferred, comprehensive training will be provided to the successful applicant. A strong proficiency in IT and meticulous attention to detail are essential prerequisites for this role.
