Krave Dessert Café is looking for an experienced Café Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operation and help take the business to the next level.


We’re looking for someone energetic, organised and commercially minded who knows how to lead a team, keep standards high and create an atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.


🍰 The Role


As Café Manager, you'll have responsibility for the overall performance and smooth running of Krave, including:


  • Leading, motivating and developing the team
  • Managing staff rotas and ensuring efficient staffing levels
  • Delivering consistently excellent customer service
  • Driving sales and looking for ways to grow the business
  • Maintaining high standards across food, drinks, presentation and cleanliness
  • Managing stock levels, ordering and supplier relationships
  • Controlling wastage and keeping an eye on costs
  • Ensuring opening and closing procedures are followed
  • Handling customer feedback and resolving issues confidently
  • Making sure the café is always looking and operating at its best

We're looking for an experienced café or hospitality manager who:


  • Has previous management experience in a busy café, restaurant or similar hospitality business
  • Is confident leading and managing a team
  • Has a strong understanding of stock, labour and cost control

  • Is organised, reliable and hands-on
  • Leads from the front rather than managing from the sidelines
