We are looking for a Talent & Learning Manager to shape and drive LEM's global talent, leadership and capability-building agenda. Reporting to the VP HR, this role will play a critical role in strengthening leadership pipelines, accelerating workforce capabilities, capitalizing on LEM's internal expertise, and preparing the organization for future challenges, including the rapid transformation driven by Artificial Intelligence. Working closely with HRBPs, business leaders and subject matter experts worldwide, you will help build the skills, leadership capabilities and learning culture required to support LEM's long-term growth and competitiveness. Responsibilities Talent Management & Leadership Development • Lead the evolution of LEM's global talent management framework, ensuring alignment between business priorities, workforce capabilities and future talent needs., • Design and drive key talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and career development in partnership with local HRBPs and business leaders., • Build strong leadership pipelines by identifying, developing and accelerating talent and future leaders., • Design and deploy leadership development initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness and organizational performance., • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to enhance internal mobility, talent retention and career growth opportunities. Learning, Capability Building & Knowledge Management • Define and execute LEM's global learning and capability-building strategy, aligned with business priorities and future workforce needs., • Develop leadership programs, learning journeys and development initiatives for leaders, experts and employees., • Create engaging learning content and facilitate impactful workshops, training sessions and development programs across face-to-face, virtual and blended learning formats., • Support the adoption of AI by helping employees and leaders develop the mindset, skills and ways of working needed to enhance productivity, innovation and collaboration., • Partner with Sales leaders to strengthen commercial capabilities and support business performance through targeted development initiatives., • Partner with R&D, Engineering and subject matter experts to capture, structure and transfer critical know-how and technical expertise across the organization., • Develop mentoring, peer-learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives that accelerate capability building and preserve LEM's unique expertise., • Build learning pathways that support onboarding, career development, internal mobility and succession planning., • Drive engagement and adoption of digital learning solutions, including LinkedIn Learning. Analytics, Project Management & Continuous Improvement • Define, monitor and analyse Talent & Learning KPIs to measure impact and drive continuous improvement., • Manage and optimize the global learning budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and return on investment., • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making., • Benchmark external best practices and introduce innovative approaches to continuously strengthen LEM's talent, leadership and learning agenda. Profile Experience • Proven experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development and Learning within a global organization., • Strong expertise in performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development and capability building., • Experience managing global learning initiatives, budgets and external vendors. Skills • Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills., • Ability to design engaging learning experiences and create impactful development content., • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including interaction with senior leaders., • Ability to translate business priorities into practical and scalable talent and development solutions., • Strong analytical and project management skills, supported by proficiency with digital learning platforms and data analysis tools.
