We invest heavily in our team members who enjoy industry-leading professional development, exceptional career opportunities, and mobility across our group. /p h3bROLE SUMMARY: /b /h3 pSotogrande International School is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised bTheatre Performing Arts Centre Manager /b to oversee the day-to-day operation and development of our state-of-the-art Performing Arts Centre. /p pThis is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in creating an outstanding environment for creativity, performance, and artistic expression, supporting both curricular and co-curricular programmes within a thriving international school community. /p h3bKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: /b /h3 ul liManage the daily operation of the Performing Arts Centre, including the theatre, dance and drama studios, music rehearsal spaces, and film production facilities. /li liCoordinate bookings, scheduling, and the effective use of specialist performing arts spaces. /li liOversee performances, productions, concerts, showcases, examinations, and special events, ensuring professional delivery and high-quality experiences. /li liSupport technical requirements including lighting, sound, staging, recording, and audiovisual provision. /li liLiaise with staff, students, contractors, and external organisations to ensure facilities and equipment are maintained and fully operational. /li liMaintain records, manage inventories, support budgeting processes, and coordinate communications relating to events and venue use. /li liPromote student participation and contribute to the development of a vibrant performing arts culture within the school. /li liSupport external partnerships and community engagement initiatives. /li /ul h3bTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: /b /h3 ul liA degree or equivalent qualification in Theatre, Performing Arts, Arts Management, Event Management, Education, or a related field. /li liExperience managing theatres, performing arts venues, cultural centres, or educational arts facilities. /li liStrong organisational, project management, and event coordination skills. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities. /li liThe ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. /li liA sound understanding of health and safety requirements within performance environments. /li /ul h3bSAFEGUARDING STATEMENT: /b /h3 pInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
