We are committed to attracting top‑tier talent from around the world, bringing together passionate individuals who share our vision of exceptional hospitality. /ppWe are seeking a Night Manager to join OKU Andalusia, our new five‑star resort on the Costa del Sol, just minutes from Sotogrande, with accommodation provided. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOversee the hotel’s operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient service across all departments. /liliAct as the senior manager on duty overnight, representing the Executive Team in their absence. /liliLead, supervise, and support the night team, including Front Office and Night Audit, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times. /liliServe as the main point of contact for guests during the night, handling enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. /liliOversee late check‑ins, early departures, and night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel standards. /liliMonitor service delivery and operational standards throughout the property, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality expectations. /liliEnsure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property during night hours. /liliHandle incidents, emergencies, and crisis situations, following established procedures and escalating when required. /liliReview and validate night audit reports, financial reconciliations, and operational summaries. /liliPrepare comprehensive handover reports for senior management and department heads. /liliEnsure public areas are secure, presentable, and maintained to brand standards throughout the night. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliProven experience as a Night Manager, Duty Manager, Front Office Supervisor, or similar leadership role within a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment. /liliStrong operational knowledge of hotel departments and overnight procedures. /liliExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. /liliStrong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities, particularly in autonomous working environments. /liliProficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office. /liliSolid understanding of night audit processes and financial controls. /liliAbility to work independently and remain composed under pressure. /liliFluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly desirable. /li /ulh3Behavioural Competencies /h3ulliExceptional guest service orientation. /liliConfident leadership presence during overnight operations. /liliHigh level of accountability and sound judgement. /liliCalm and composed approach in high‑pressure or emergency situations. /liliStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality. /liliProactive and solution‑focused mindset. /li /ulh3Technical Skills and Knowledge /h3ulliAdvanced knowledge of hotel operations and night management procedures. /liliProficiency in PMS systems and night audit processes. /liliStrong understanding of financial reconciliation and reporting. /liliKnowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures. /liliAbility to review and analyse operational and financial reports. /liliUnderstanding of health, safety, and compliance standards. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pWe offer a competitive remuneration and benefits package according to your profile, along with available accommodation options to ensure a seamless and rewarding journey as part of our team. /ph3Company Background /h3pOKU Andalusia opened in summer 2025 and is a stunning beachfront retreat that blends contemporary design, immersive dining, and a vibrant social atmosphere.
