The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, inbound sales, and retention skills. This role involves promoting products and services to new and existing customers and retaining current customers through excellent customer service. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liInteract with customers via phone to address inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. /li liBuild and maintain positive customer relationships by actively listening and empathizing with their needs. /li liProactively promote and sell products and services to customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets. /li liEducate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales. /li liImplement effective retention strategies to ensure customer loyalty and reduce churn. /li liIdentify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell products or services to existing customers. /li liInvestigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. /li liEscalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. /li liStay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and valuable information to customers. /li liMaintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and retention efforts. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support, to achieve customer‑related goals. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMust be 18 years of age or older. /li liHigh school diploma or equivalent. /li liMinimum 2 years of experience in retail sales and inbound sales. /li liStrong retention skills. /li liProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. /li liCustomer‑focused mindset with a genuine desire to help and assist customers. /li liProficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. /li liStrong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities. /li /ul h3Employment Conditions /h3 ul liMust be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. /li liMust be willing to submit up to a Level II background and security investigation with a fingerprint; job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results. /li liMust be willing to submit to drug screening; job offers are contingent on drug screening results. /li /ul h3Compensation and Benefits /h3 pStarting compensation is based on experience.
