Role Overview As a Tech Support Service Specialist at Parser, you will be responsible for powering the IT support solutions that will help the company and its clients. Responsibilities • Develop workflows to automate business processes., • Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems., • Identify opportunities for team training and skill advancement., • Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization., • Design training programs and workshops for the internal staff., • Conduct regular system audits., • Run and share regular operating system reports with senior staff., • Participate in major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, outages and implementations.Essential Requirements, • 5 years of IT system administration experience., • 5 years of support and infrastructure experience., • Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MacOS, Linux and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring., • Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing solutions., • Knowledge in cloud computing, GSuite Administration, Azure Administration., • Slack Administration., • Linux/macOS/Windows 10 advanced administration knowledge., • Intermediate networking knowledge., • Scripting/Bash/Powershell knowledge., • ITIL or similar industry best practices knowledge., • Proven technical and support skills., • Strong creative and analytical thinking., • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers and leaders., • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Location & Work Model Barcelona. Hybrid work model: 2 days on-site per week.
