Experteer Overview As Head of Transport and Logistic Services, you will lead end-to-end physical logistics across the Space business, coordinating internal stakeholders and external providers to meet quality, time, and cost targets. You’ll drive KPI-based performance, apply Airbus Crisa logistics processes, and push practical improvements that accelerate delivery. This role sits at the intersection of procurement, operations, and engineering, shaping scalable logistics solutions for complex programs. You’ll influence governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance while fostering a collaborative, autonomous culture. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Manage end-to-end physical logistics performance (on-time, on-cost, on-quality) with KPI implementation and monitoring • Ensure application of Airbus Crisa logistics processes and policies in goods handling and inspection • Lead issue resolution with rapid escalation and integration into Ops routines • Propose short-term, non-disruptive improvement initiatives and share practices via logistics network • Contribute to end-to-end logistics solutions optimization and surface optimization • Ensure standard distribution assets meet required quality and quantity • Contribute to infrastructure evolution and surface management • Assess logistics impacts for short- and mid-term planning changes • Oversee LP contract compliance, budgeting, and supplier performance • Lead scope change requests, service specifications, and claims handling • Negotiate unit prices, volumes, and forecasts with providers • Implement harmonized contract governance to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective services • Develop and deliver trainings to support contract management • Monitor and align logistics budgets with Finance • Ensure SLAs with internal stakeholders and manage stakeholder changes • Lead risk management, root cause analysis, and mitigation plans • Ensure regulatory and safety compliance (airworthiness, EHS, dangerous goods) • Support corporate audits and implement corrective actions • Plan and run audits with Quality to close findings Responsabilidades • Master degree • Senior expertise in logistics solutions management and regulations • Experience in activity-based costing for supply chain, stock management, and digital tools • Proficient in English and Spanish for negotiation • Strong background in contract management, budgeting, and governance • Knowledge of regulatory and safety obligations (Airworthiness Authorities, Export Control, EHS, Dangerous goods) Requisitos principales • equal employment opportunities • flexible working arrangements • inclusive working environment • international exposure • professional development • work-life balance
