We embrace a strong risk culture and all our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management. /ppLynx is proud of being an organization where there are equal opportunities regardless of age, gender, disability, civil status, race, religion or sexual orientation. /ppstrongWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING /strong /ppAs part of the Finance team, the role combines accounting, financial operations, and data analysis responsibilities, supporting both the parent company and international subsidiaries in day-to-day financial activities and reporting processes. /ppMain responsibilities include: /pulliSupport and execution of accounting and financial processes for the parent company and international subsidiaries, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, fixed assets, CAPEX, reconciliations, and cash position monitoring. /liliControl and follow-up of customer and supplier contracts, maintaining updated documentation and centralized contract database in coordination with Sales and other internal teams. /liliPreparation and maintenance of financial and operational charts and reports using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI, supporting budgeting, reporting, and financial monitoring activities. /liliSupport in vendor onboarding processes, supplier documentation management, contract renewals, and third-party compliance reviews. /liliParticipation in month-end closing activities, reconciliations, audit support, and other day-to-day Finance tasks. /liliAs part of a small and collaborative Finance team, the role involves providing cross-functional support across reporting, treasury and FX cash monitoring, budgeting, pricing and profitability control, presentations, and ad hoc financial tasks, while also acting as back-up support across different Finance functions when needed. /li /ulpuEXPERIENCE /u /pulli2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or financial operations roles. /li /ulpuEDUCATION /u /pulliDegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar disciplines preferred; candidates with other academic degrees will also be considered. /li /ulpuSKILLS KNOWLEDGE /u /pulliGood understanding of accounting, invoicing, and financial processes. /liliAdvanced Excel skills and interest in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Power Query. /liliProfessional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
