You’ll play a key role in building the systems and user experiences that power our sales-automation platform, from high-throughput backend workflows to performant, feature-rich web applications. /p h3bWhat You’ll Do /b /h3 pDepending on your background and strengths, you will take ownership across one or more of the following areas: /p pbBackend /b /p ul lipBuild and maintain scalable, reliable services powering our core engine. /p /li lipWork with async architectures, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration (Temporal). /p /li lipDesign and implement production-grade APIs and integrations with external platforms (CRMs, LinkedIn, and more). /p /li lipOptimize performance, debug complex issues, and ensure strong observability. /p /li /ul pbFrontend /b /p ul lipDevelop high-quality, responsive web applications using React + TypeScript. /p /li lipOwn customer-facing dashboards, campaign builders, reporting UIs, and supporting API layers. /p /li lipWork on internal tools, SSR/edge rendering, and lightweight Node.js services. /p /li lipFocus on performance, Core Web Vitals, and developer experience. /p /li /ul pbCross-functional /b /p ul lipCollaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams. /p /li lipShip end-to-end functionality with a clear focus on quality, reliability, and speed. /p /li lipHelp shape engineering practices, code quality, and architecture as we scale. /p /li /ul h3bWhat We’re Looking For (Must-Have) /b /h3 ul lipb5+ years of professional software engineering experience /b (Backend, Frontend, or Full-Stack). /p /li lipStrong experience with bTypeScript /b and either bNode.js /b or bReact /b. /p /li lipSolid understanding of modern API design, async workflows, or web architectures. /p /li lipExperience working with brelational databases /b (PostgreSQL or similar). /p /li lipAbility to work autonomously, debug complex issues, and ship high-quality code. /p /li lipStrong communication skills and an advanced level of English. /p /li lipDesire to work in a fast-moving startup environment. /p /li /ul h3bNice-to-Have /b /h3 ul lipExperience in early‑stage or fast‑scaling startups. /p /li lipFamiliarity with workflow engines (e.g., Temporal), distributed systems, or microservices. /p /li lipKnowledge of UI performance optimization, design systems, or a11y testing. /p /li lipExperience with Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, or third‑party API integrations. /p /li lipCI/CD practice with GitHub Actions. /p /li lipInterest in B2B SaaS, sales tech, or automation tools. /p /li lipBasic exposure to full‑stack work, even if your focus is mainly Backend or Frontend. /p /li /ul h3bHiring process /b /h3 pWe’ve designed our hiring process to be close to real engineering work.
