Experteer Overview In this role you will contribute to the thermal-hydraulic and piping design of nuclear plant systems, supporting overall plant design and modifications. You work within a cross-functional team to resolve technical issues and drive timely delivery within scope and budget. You will communicate results to leads and stakeholders, and collaborate with customers, vendors, and regulators to explain design decisions. This is a hybrid, hands-on engineering position at our Vila-seca site, offering growth in a mission-driven, innovation-focused environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Perform thermal-hydraulic and piping networks engineering design • Develop sizing requirements for pumps, valves, tanks, heat exchangers, HVAC and other equipment • Identify technical issues and propose practical solutions • Support engineering staff in design and analysis activities • Coordinate with Iu0026C, electrical, civil/structural, licensing, and layout teams across projects • Communicate progress, challenges, and results to technical leads and project management • Collaborate with construction, Iu0026C, electrical, and operations teams across internal and external stakeholders • Participate in customer, vendor, and regulatory meetings to present technical material and design decisions • Complete work within defined scope, budget, and schedule constraints Responsabilidades • 1+ years of experience in a similar role • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Nuclear) • Proficiency with MathCad, MATLAB, VBA, FATHOM or ARROW • Familiarity with ASME, ANSI, ASHRAE, NFP or API standards • Fluent in Spanish and English • Ability to travel to Westinghouse or customer sites (international travel) • Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering (preferred) Requisitos principales • Attractive remuneration • Hybrid model of work • Private health insurance • Learning and development opportunities • Employee Assistance Program • Lunch allowance
