Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients., • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers., • Clearly communicate the value proposition of Augusta Life Sciences’ services to clients., • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts and through proactive prospecting efforts., • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to improve profits., • Collaborate with internal teams (scientific, operations, marketing) to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction., • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and client feedback., • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors., • Attend industry conferences and events to network with professionals and represent Augusta Life Sciences.Qualifications, • Bachelor’s degree in a life science field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy) or equivalent experience., • Proven professional background as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a related role, ideally in the life sciences or laboratory field., • Experience with Flow Cytometry is a plus., • Fluent English language skills., • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite., • Location: Valencia or Sevilla., • Salary range for this role: €45,000 - €53,000.
