approved budgets. /li liMonitor key financial indicators and recommend corrective actions where required. /li liSupport the preparation and execution of annual business plans and budgets. /li liEnsure Committee decisions. /li liMonitor the status of regulatory, audit, compliance, and risk management initiatives. /li liSupport the remediation of operational, regulatory, and governance issues. /li liPromote adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. /li liFoster a culture of ethical conduct and accountability throughout the organization. /li liEnsure or a related discipline. /li liProfessional designation such as CFA, FRM, CAIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum twelve (12) years of progressively senior leadership experience within financial services, banking, capital markets, investment management, wealth management, or a related industry. /li liDemonstrated experience managing multiple business units and senior leaders. /li liProven track record of driving business growth, operational performance, and organizational transformation. /li liExperience leading strategic initiatives and complex organizational projects. /li liStrong understanding of financial services regulation and governance frameworks. /li liExperience operating at Executive Committee or Board level would be considered a
