Join Roche, where every voice matters. /ph3The Opportunity /h3pAs our Digital Process Management Lead, based in Sant Cugat, Spain, you will have an instrumental global impact on the deployment and continuous improvement of our processes, systems, and underlying data. /pulliReporting Line: Reports directly to the Head of Procurement Center of Excellence and is part of the wider Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE). /liliWider team and stakeholders: Interacts frequently with ASPIRE Program Leadership, the Diagnostics Procurement Leadership Team (DPLT), Category Management, Delivery and RSS Demand to Pay. You will also represent DOP as the "Business Owner" in the strategic D2P Business Owner Community. /liliRole Type: A senior leadership role, balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities, directing a global team of up to 15 professionals (including Digital Enablement Managers, Business Process Experts and ASPIRE Deployment resources). /liliImpact: You will drive a high-performance culture, transform challenges into opportunities and unlock the potential of your team. /liliSpecifically, you are accountable for:ulliDigitalization Innovation: Identifying, planning and executing digitalization initiatives (e.g., process automation, tool deployment). You will orchestrate relevant stakeholders, develop business cases, drive user adoption and benchmark digital procurement capabilities. /liliGlobal Initiatives (ASPIRE iCollab): Representing DOP in the Roche-wide ASPIRE transformation program (D2P stream). You are accountable for delivering project milestones, leading end-to-end process design and transitioning successfully into the sustain organization. /liliBusiness Process Management: Managing the D2P process landscape within DOP. You will collaborate with the Global Business Process Owner to develop specificities, ensure compliant execution and collect feedback for continuous improvement. /liliFinancial Scope: Maintaining oversight and working within the GRP budgets provided for various multi-year initiatives (ASPIRE, iCollab, FOM Integration). /liliTalent Leadership: Coaching and developing a global team, ensuring cultural awareness and fostering an environment of psychological safety to achieve ambitious divisional goals. /li /ul /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pWe look for an authentic, courageous and transformational leader who is a true "systems thinker"—someone who can navigate complexity, manage competing priorities and craft integrated solutions that drive efficiency. /pulliEducation: A university degree is required, with a focus on business or life sciences highly preferable. A master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) and professional purchasing certifications (e.g., CIPS) are preferred. /liliExperience: 7+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 3–5 years specifically in a process improvement and systems deployment environment and 3–5 years in business process management. /liliTechnical Digital Expertise: In-depth understanding of the procurement/D2P process landscape and procurement technology service providers. Proven proficiency in navigating ERP systems (SAP), BI tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot) and translating spend analytics into actionable insights. /liliAI Digitalization: A strong affinity to explore AI-driven solutions broadly, particularly regarding the digital transformation of operations (Digital 2.0 / Industry 4.0) and encouraging your team to achieve advanced knowledge in AI applications. /liliProcess Mindset: A strong "Process-first" thinking style and a Lean and/or Six Sigma mindset. /liliCommunication Change Management: Proven ability to drive proactive stakeholder and change management, excel at conflict resolution, end-to-end process design collaboration and presenting performance indicators to senior leadership. /liliLanguages: Business-level fluency in English is strictly required; German language skills are desirable. /li /ulpRoche is an Equal Opportunity Employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
