That’s why we need a bCategory Senior Specialist Procurement /b like you. /ph3Role Mission /h3pThe Category Senior Specialist Procurement will contribute to value creation, cost optimization, and supplier performance management while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. /ph3What Your Responsibilities Will Be /h3ulliSupport the development and implementation of category strategies aligned with procurement and business objectives. /liliPerform advanced spend analysis, market intelligence, and benchmarking to identify savings and efficiency opportunities. /liliLead and support sourcing activities, including RFQs, RFIs, supplier evaluations, and negotiation preparation. /liliManage purchase order processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. /liliEvaluate suppliers and products to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. /liliMonitor supplier performance through KPIs and support issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliConduct cost analysis and contribute to total cost of ownership optimization. /liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are aligned with operational and strategic needs. /liliMaintain accurate procurement documentation, contracts, and supplier records. /liliEnsure compliance with procurement policies, GMP, SOPs, and applicable regulatory and quality standards. /liliSupport risk identification and mitigation within assigned categories and supplier base. /liliContribute to cross-functional projects and procurement transformation initiatives. /liliReport incidents or deviations affecting procurement processes or operational continuity. /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
