Your focus will be on managing timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high‑impact medical projects in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of medical affairs activities, from resource identification and scheduling to budget monitoring and delivery. /liliPartner with cross‑functional squads to facilitate the development of Integrated Evidence Plans and global launch strategies. /liliLead the planning and execution of global medical education programs, webinars, congresses, and advisory board events. /liliManage content for digital platforms and newsletters to ensure effective dissemination of medical insights. /liliCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors for compliant and efficient handling of medical affairs initiatives. /liliOversee preparation and tracking of contracts and interactions with healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring adherence to global quality and legal standards. /liliDrive efficiencies by sharing best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge exchange. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree or advanced degree (Bachelor, Master, or PhD) in Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. /lili3–5+ years of experience in diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors. /liliProven expertise in project management; PMP certification or experience with agile methodologies is an advantage. /liliTrack record of leading complex, cross‑functional teams and influencing outcomes without direct authority. /liliExcellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to partner effectively across diverse regions, cultures, and time zones. /li /ulh3Location /h3pPrimary location: Sant Cugat del Vallès.
