Our people are at the heart of our success. /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM: /h3 pWe are seeking a CRM Marketing Manager, Vendor (International Markets) to lead lifecycle marketing strategy across our global vendor business in the UK, Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Brazil, Mexico, and India. /p pThis role is responsible for defining and evolving regional CRM strategies that drive vendor acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and long‑term market growth across diverse international markets. You will serve as the strategic CRM lead for International Vendor Marketing, partnering cross‑functionally with Global CRM, Regional Marketing, Product, Data, and Enterprise teams to deliver localized, scalable, and high‑impact customer experiences. /p pThis role sits at the intersection of lifecycle strategy, regional growth, localization, and CRM innovation. Success in this role requires balancing global consistency with local market nuance — identifying opportunities to scale lifecycle programs while adapting engagement strategies to regional customer behaviors, business priorities, operational realities, and compliance requirements. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing: /h3 ul liOwn CRM lifecycle strategy across international vendor markets (UK, ES, IT, FR, PT, BR, MX, IN), driving programs that support acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and market growth /li liDefine regional CRM priorities, engagement strategies, and lifecycle frameworks that balance global scalability with local market nuance /li liAdapt and evolve global CRM programs into locally relevant strategies based on market trends, customer behavior, business objectives, and regional opportunities /li liServe as the strategic CRM partner to regional stakeholders, influencing market-level growth initiatives and customer engagement approaches /li liIdentify opportunities to expand and optimize always‑on lifecycle programs, automated journeys, and behavior‑based engagement strategies across international markets /li liLead localization strategy across CRM channels, ensuring messaging, journeys, offers, and customer experiences align with regional audiences and compliance requirements /li liDrive audience segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategies that improve lifecycle performance and customer relevance /li liTranslate business goals and lifecycle priorities into scalable CRM journeys, campaign frameworks, and activation plansMonitor and analyze market‑level CRM performance trends, applying insights and experimentation strategies to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency /li liPartner closely with Global CRM Strategy, Campaign Operations, Audience/Data teams, Product, and regional marketing teams to align lifecycle initiatives and execution priorities /li liBuild and optimize CRM campaigns and automated journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) to support regional lifecycle strategies /li liHelp evolve operational processes, workflows, and campaign frameworks that improve scalability and execution consistency across international markets /li /ul h3Qualifications / Requirements /h3 ul li6-8+ years experience in CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations /li liHands‑on experience building campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required) /li liDeep familiarity with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other local compliance (required) /li liStrong understanding of email, SMS, and push marketing best practices /li liExperience working with segmentation logic and audience targeting /li liFamiliarity with A/B testing, performance tracking, and campaign optimization /li liExperience working across multiple markets or global teams is a strong plus /li liStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross‑functional, global environment /li /ul h3WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT YOU: /h3 ul liYou Dream Big.
