In this role within the Wind Farm Industrial IoT Support team, you will focus on translating operational and technical needs from wind farm systems into clear, structured and implementable SCADA/IIoT requirements. You will also combine SCADA expertise with a strong focus on defining and improving system requirements, acting as a key interface between operations, support and engineering. /p h3YOUR TASKS /h3 ul liGather and analyze needs from wind farm operations, service and engineering teams, translating them into clear SCADA/IIoT requirements /li liDefine, refine and validate technical specifications together with key stakeholders /li liEnsure traceability between requirements, incidents, system configurations and implemented solutions /li liSupport validation, testing and deployment of new SCADA features, configurations and system updates /li liIdentify recurring issues and improvement opportunities, driving standardization and continuous improvement across wind farms /li liProvide 3rd-level support for SCADA/IIoT applications, troubleshooting complex technical issues and supporting lower support levels /li liCreate and maintain documentation, training materials and knowledge-sharing activities while collaborating with international teams /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field /li liAt least 5 years of experience in SCADA, IIoT, industrial IT/OT or similar environments /li liProven experience in Requirements Engineering, Product Ownership, Technical Project Management or similar roles /li liStrong knowledge of SCADA systems, RTUs/RTACs, industrial communication protocols, Linux/Windows environments and databases (WinCC required) /li liExperience translating business and operational needs into technical requirements and working closely with development teams /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills in complex technical environments /li liAdvanced English level (C1–C2) and availability to travel.
