Acerca del puesto: Within the Ferrero Ice Cream Business, Ice Cream Factory Comaker (ICFC), one of the largest ice cream manufacturers in Europe acquired by Ferrero in 2019, is currently looking for a R&D Ice Cream Mix Design Manager for: Responsabilidades principales: • Leading assigned projects (cost saving, derisking, sustainability, mix formulation, etc.), • Guide and define/improve USP and know-how on Ice Cream mixes, in coordination with interested functions (e.g., Ice Cream R&D team) and other technological innovation teams, • Collaborate with internal Matter experts (DTS, procurement, open innovation ...) to develop/tune for purpose raw materials and semi-finished products (new or already part of the Company portfolio), to improve organoleptic properties, product structure, and identify opportunities to optimize procurement and costs, • Lead and implement the projects defined above: mix skeleton design for all applications, cost saving and raw material innovation and derisking Acerca de ti: • Master's degree in Food Science, • 2-4 years of professional experience in global food manufacturing companies (preferably in ice cream) covering roles of product development and technical project leader, • Availability to frequent transfer in Italy and abroad Hard Skills: • Good knowledge of formulation and raw materials for ice cream or similar categories, • Good knowledge of ice cream process/manufacturing or similar categories, • Experience in factory trial management, • Sensory Evaluation & Analysis, • HACCP & Food safety knowledge, • Good knowledge of chemistry, physics, microbiology and nutrition, • Good Project Management knowledge (MS project, gate process, project management lifecycle), • Cost/complexity optimization visioning, • Shelf‐life Testing & Stability knowledge on ice cream, • Good knowledge of Regulatory & Labeling, • Good knowledge of financial figures of a business case, • Good knowledge of internal R&D specifications/ data management Soft Skills: • Creative Problem Solving, • Strategical visioning, • Stakeholder Management, • Effective Communication, • Strategic Time Management, • Resilience & Adaptability, • Empathy, • Cross‐Functional Leadership IT Skills: • Good knowledge of project management (MS Project, stage‐gate processes, project management lifecycle), • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Languages: • Fluent in English language, • Willing to learn Spanish and Italian Lo que ofrecemos: Carreras con cuidado integrado: descubre nuestros beneficios aquí.
