This enables our clients to maintain consistent market access, a strong competitive advantage, and enhanced operational efficiency. /p pJoin a team that is dedicated to delivering groundbreaking products and making a significant impact on our clients' success. /p h3Overview of the Team /h3 pThe People Operations team is the backbone of IPC’s employee experience, ensuring every process from onboarding to offboarding runs smoothly, consistently, and globally. /p pYou’ll work closely with HR colleagues in New York, London, Madrid, Paris, and Kuala Lumpur, supporting employees and HR Business Partners through timely, accurate, and high-quality HR service delivery. /p pThis team thrives on collaboration, high standards, and evolving how we deliver employee experience at scale, with empathy, and operational excellence. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pThe HR Coordinator plays a critical role within IPC’s People Operations operating model, acting as the primary Tier 1 owner for employee queries, transactions and service requests. /p pThis role is responsible for delivering high-quality HR operations through end-to-end ownership, operational governance, process compliance and service excellence. The HR Coordinator ensures requests are managed through approved intake channels, resolved within agreed service levels and escalated appropriately to Tier 2 subject matter experts when required. /p pThis role contributes to the ongoing transformation of People Operations through process standardization, documentation, automation, continuous improvement, and the implementation of scalable global operating practice /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing timely, accurate guidance and resolution. /li liManage Tier 1 tickets through approved intake channels, ensuring SLA compliance, complete ownership, and appropriate escalation to HR Business Partners or Subject Matter Experts. /li liMaintain accurate case documentation, audit trails, and stakeholder visibility from intake through closure. /li liTrack recurring employee queries and identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced service delivery. /li /ul h3HR Lifecycle Management /h3 ul liCoordinate onboarding activities including offer letters, contracts, background checks, documentation, and first-day logistics. /li liManage offboarding processes, including departures, system access changes, documentation, and exit activities. /li liSupport employee lifecycle transactions including promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and organizational updates while ensuring HRIS and payroll accuracy. /li liAdminister leave and parental leave processes, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and compliance. /li /ul h3Governance, Compliance Controls /h3 ul liExecute People Operations processes in compliance with company policies, audit requirements, data privacy standards, governance controls, and local employment legislation. /li liMaintain accurate employee records and audit-ready documentation across all lifecycle activities. /li liIdentify and escalated operational risks, control gaps, and process deficiencies. /li liSupport internal and external audits through accurate reporting and documentation management. /li /ul h3Data, Systems Process Integrity /h3 ul liMaintain employee data within Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance. /li liMonitor data quality, perform audits and validation checks, and proactively resolve discrepancies. /li liSupport HR systems enhancements, automation initiatives, and development of the Oracle HR Service Desk. /li liPartner with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency, reporting integrity, and operational consistency. /li /ul h3Process Ownership, Governance Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liSupport the implementation of IPC's People Operations SCALE framework through standardization, governance, documentation, automation, self-service capabilities, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liCreate and maintain SOPs, process maps, templates, knowledge articles, and process documentation. /li liOwn assigned processes and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve service delivery globally. /li liParticipate in cross-regional and cross-functional projects involving HR, Payroll, Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance, and People Analytics. /li /ul h3Employee Experience Communication /h3 ul liDeliver proactive, transparent communication to employees, managers, and stakeholders. /li liSupport onboarding programs, employee engagement initiatives, and company events. /li liPromote a positive employee experience through responsiveness, professionalism, and service excellence. /li /ul h3How You Will Make an Impact effective communication, and operational excellence. /li liDrive process standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement across regions. /li liBuild strong partnerships with employees, HR Business Partners, IT, Payroll, Legal, and other stakeholders. /li liEnsure compliance with governance standards, controls, and regulatory requirements. /li liIdentify opportunities to simplify, automate, centralize, and improve People Operations processes globally. /li /ul h3Essential Skills and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. /li li1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination, People Operations, Shared Services, or a similar HR support environment. /li liStrong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, leave administration, HR systems, and payroll coordination. /li liDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with minimal supervision. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach. /li liHigh attention to detail, data accuracy, confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism. /li liStrong ownership mindset with the ability to manage issues through to resolution. /li liExperience working with HR systems and defined operating procedures; Oracle Cloud HCM experience preferred. /li /ul h3Desired Skills and Experience /h3 ul liExperience working within tiered HR support models, Shared Services, People Operations, or service delivery environments. /li liFamiliarity with case management tools, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), operational metrics, and governance frameworks. /li liStrong organizational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills. /li liExperience or interest in HR process improvement, automation, systems optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liExperience creating SOPs, process documentation, knowledge articles, and self-service resources. /li liExperience working within multinational organizations, ideally in technology, fintech, or financial services environments.
