Build a Career as an International Wealth AdviserPrivate Client Consultancy is an international cross-border wealth business based in Mijas on the Costa del Sol, supporting expatriate and internationally mobile clients across Spain and wider Europe.We are looking for ambitious, commercially minded people who want to build a genuinely international career within wealth management.No previous experience in wealth management is required.This role is best suited to individuals motivated by long-term growth, performance and personal accountability. It requires consistency, resilience and a long-term mindset, particularly during the early months while a pipeline is being built.This is a self‑employed, commission‑only role, so there is no fixed salary or guaranteed income. Earnings are directly linked to your own activity, client acquisition, conversion and business written.For a commercially active person, the first year can offer strong earning potential, although the early months are usually focused on training, prospecting and building a pipeline. We will discuss realistic first‑year earnings, commission structure, expected activity levels and typical timelines during the interview process.This role is best suited to someone who is motivated by building a long‑term client base and growing their own income, rather than receiving a fixed monthly salary.Realistic first‑year earnings guide: €50‑60k for a proactive adviser, depending on activity, client acquisition, conversion and business written.Note - there is a 2nd option which gives you access to earn immediately.
