ppLocation: Rota, Spain /p h3Position Summary /h3 pThe Senior Issue Resolution Specialist/Account Coordinator is a hybrid role that combines the duties of an Issue Resolution Specialist and an Account Coordinator within Hui Huliau Technology Services, a subsidiary of a global federal government contracting firm. The role supports the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Issue Resolution Process and the management of MHS GENESIS account provisioning at assigned Military Treatment Facilities (MTF). /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libIssue Resolution Specialist /b – Manage the DHA Issue Resolution Process at assigned MTF, addressing system content and configuration changes, scheduled and unscheduled service interruptions, and updates that affect end users. /li liAssist end users with enterprise system configuration change requests and service interruption reporting SOPs. /li liAssess, monitor, and report status of EHR helpdesk tickets, taking appropriate actions. /li liCo‑facilitate, record, and publish periodic MTF Informatics Steering Committee (ISC) meeting minutes. /li liCoordinate local resolution efforts with Account Coordinators, EHR Trainers, IT staff, etc., when appropriate. /li liMaintain MTF EHR Communications email distribution list. /li liAnalyze, organize, and disseminate information related to periodic EHR system upgrades and application changes. /li liEnsure end users are informed about service interruption status and collaborate with DHA and DHN health informatics staff on high‑priority issues. /li libAccount Coordinator /b – Manage the MHS GENESIS account provisioning process at assigned MTF, including end‑user training assignment and coordination. /li liAttend informational meetings, conference calls, and briefings related to MHS GENESIS roles and account topics. /li liRequest training domain access and submit tickets for MHS GENESIS account creation and provisioning. /li liTroubleshoot issues related to MHS GENESIS accounts. /li liProvide feedback to contract managers on issues or improvements. /li liConduct presentations during meetings to address MHS GENESIS account provisioning updates and training trends. /li /ul h3Additional Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide surge support in either capacity when required. /li liAssist with training and onboarding of new staff. /li liBe available for technical or process‑related questions. /li liCollaborate closely with Regional Project Managers and Senior Managers to ensure team success. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbSkills Abilities: /b /p ul liU.S. citizen. /li liDoD Public Trust eligibility (background check). /li liStrong interpersonal communication at all levels. /li liExcellent verbal, written, and spoken skills. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). /li liAbility to meet SOFA/Agreement conditions for overseas locations. /li /ul pbEducation Experience: /b /p ul liHigh School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. /li li3+ years of experience as an Issue Resolution Specialist, Account Coordinator, or related role. /li liPrior experience analyzing business processes and information management for medical organizations. /li liKnowledge of marketing research, BPR methodologies, activity‑based costing, and functional economic analysis. /li liKnowledge of health care management specialized areas. /li liPreferred experience supporting Clinical Information Systems training, tools, software installs/upgrades, classroom preparation, and EHR efforts. /li liUnderstanding of hospital technical systems. /li liFluent in written and spoken English, including medical terminology. /li /ul h3Physical Requirements /h3 ul liPredominantly sedentary office work; ability to use standard office equipment and web‑based applications. /li liOccasional lifting of up to 25 lbs; occasional carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving objects, and climbing stairs. /li liRepetitive motion of wrists, hands, and fingers. /li /ul h3EEO Statement /h3 pWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
