This role drives the transformation from a component-focused supplier to a customer‑centric solutions partner by aligning product innovation with real-world system requirements. /p pThis leader will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to develop differentiated solutions, influence product roadmaps, and strengthen Littelfuse’s position in strategic growth markets. /p pReporting to Vice President, Systems Engineering and New Technology Ventures. The role can be filled in U.S. or outside the U.S. /p h3About Your Job /h3 ul libDefine system-level strategies /b by translating customer application requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectures /li libEngage with key customers and industry leaders /b to understand emerging trends and position Littelfuse as a technology partner of choice /li libInfluence product roadmaps /b through close collaboration with Product Management, including development of business cases for new growth opportunities /li libLead system-level validation efforts /b, including definition and execution of application testing to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance /li libDevelop technical content /b such as application notes, white papers, and reference designs to support customer adoption and establish thought leadership /li libEnable Sales and Field Application Engineers (FAEs) /b with actionable technical insights, tools, and training /li libDrive cross-functional alignment /b across Engineering, Marketing, and Sales in a global, matrixed organization /li libLead through influence /b, leveraging technical expertise to guide teams and decision-making /li /ul h3Focus Areas /h3 ul libData Centers /b: High-efficiency power distribution and high-voltage DC (HVDC) systems /li libAerospace Defense /b: High-reliability electrical systems and electrification /li libIndustrial Building Automation /b: Advanced manufacturing and smart building technologies /li libEnergy Infrastructure /b: DC microgrids, Battery energy storage systems (BESS), and renewable integration /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; or equivalent industry experience /li li10+ years of experience in electrical systems, power electronics, or semiconductor applications /li liDemonstrated expertise in system-level design, architecture, and application engineering /li liStrong understanding of global safety and regulatory standards (UL, IEC, ISO, AEC) /li liProven ability to translate customer needs into technical and business solutions /li liExperience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment /li liBackground in semiconductor, circuit protection, or power electronics industries preferred /li liUp to 30% global travel required /li /ul pLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
