Data Operations Analyst (Master Data & Testing) Location: Spain Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with strong possibility of extension) Employment Model: Outsourced/FSP Model via Kelly Services About the Opportunity: We are supporting a global healthcare organization undergoing a large-scale business transformation and system separation programme across Europe. As part of an established EMEA Data Operations team, the Data Operations Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of critical business data during a major ERP and workflow transformation initiative. This position offers exposure to master data management, testing, user access governance, documentation control, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration within a highly regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in data operations, master data, ERP systems, testing, or supply chain processes who enjoy working in a structured, data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Testing & Validation Execute functional, user acceptance (UAT), and business process testing activities. Validate workflow processes, system configurations, and business requirements. Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution. Ensure full traceability between requirements, test scenarios, and outcomes. Master Data & Process Validation Support testing and validation of material and pricing data processes. Analyze data issues and perform root cause investigations. Work with technical and business teams to resolve data-related defects. User Access & Data Governance Support user access reviews, validation exercises, and access clean-up activities. Analyze user access data to identify inconsistencies, duplication, or compliance risks. Maintain audit-ready records and progress trackers. Documentation Management Create, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process documentation, and governance records. Ensure documentation remains compliant, accurate, and aligned with business requirements. Support documentation updates required during system and process transitions. Reporting & Coordination Maintain trackers and reporting dashboards using Excel and Power BI. Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and action items. Support project governance activities, meetings, and stakeholder communications. Must-Have Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 1–4 years of experience in Data Operations, Master Data, Supply Chain, Business Operations, or related functions. Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar platforms. Understanding of data quality, master data management, or business process governance. Experience supporting testing activities (UAT, functional testing, validation, defect management). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, filtering, and data analysis. Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English (written and spoken). Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or JD Edwards. Exposure to master data domains such as materials, pricing, customers, vendors, or product data. Knowledge of user access management, controls, or governance processes. Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or dashboard reporting. Familiarity with SQL, Databricks, or other data analysis tools. Experience working within healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, or regulated industries. Understanding of documentation standards, SOPs, and audit readiness requirements.
