We offer clear guidance on applying robust security principles across the organization, ensuring that every technical solution or digital asset maintains full compliance with relevant security standards and requirements. /p h3KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: /h3 ul liLead a team of Security Architects who will be core to delivering the following listed objectives /li liEstablish target-state architectures of one or more of cloud, identity, network, application security, etc. /li liAlign security architecture with business priorities and digital transformation initiatives /li liDrive adoption of modern frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust, cloud-native security). /li liLead architecture review boards (ARB) for new systems and major changes /li liDefine and enforce security design standards, patterns, and reference architectures /li liEnsure consistency across regions, business units, and platforms /li liDevelops and communicates corporate information security policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring secure architectural principles across designs. /li liContributes to organizational strategies related to information control and evaluates environmental/market trends for risks, impacts, and opportunities. /li liProvides authoritative security control guidance in collaboration with legal, technical, and other experts. /li liUnderstands client needs, conducts analysis, recommends solution options, and facilitates stakeholder collaboration to ensure effective implementation. /li liMaintains expert level knowledge in defined specialisms, provides advanced guidance, and consolidates expertise from multiple sources. /li liConducts and contributes to research activities, including data collection, report creation, publication, and presentation of findings. /li liMonitors emerging technologies, assesses threats/opportunities, and produces reports and technology roadmaps. /li /ul h3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: /h3 ul liCollege or university degree with focus on IT, or equivalent combination of education and experience. /li li7 years of IT experience, with 5 years of exposure to the relevant area. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient English skills (verbal and written). /li li Deep experience in at least one of: ul liCloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) /li liIdentity access management (IAM, SSO, federation, Zero Trust) /li liApplication API security /li liNetwork security architecture /li liData AI Security Architecture /li /ul /li li Strong understanding in at least one of: ul liThreat modelling methodologies (STRIDE, etc.) /li liSecure SDLC practices /li liModern architectures (microservices, containers, serverless) /li /ul /li liProactivity and team player attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively. /li liGrowth mindset focused on continuous learning, improvement and adaptability to change. /li liPassion for the latest technology and for delivering consumer/business value. /li liAptitude to learn and implement new technologies, with a hands on and problem solving approach. /li /ul h3WHAT IF I DON’T CHECK ALL THE BOXES? /h3 pIt’s ok if some of the technology or terminology mentioned here are new for you.
