This on-site role places you at the center of the company's European production ramp-up, where you will manage the physical assembly, complex subsystem integration, and rigorous environmental verification of advanced satellite platforms. /p h3Location Work Mode /h3 ul liCity: Valencia /li liCountry: Spain /li liWork Mode: On-site (Based full-time at a cutting-edge satellite manufacturing and integration facility in Valencia). /li /ul h3Your Role Responsibilities /h3 ul liHands-on Integration: Execute the end-to-end physical assembly, complex electrical/mechanical subsystem integration, and systemic testing (AIT) of tactical satellite platforms. /li liVerification Validation: Plan and perform comprehensive system-level functional validation and environmental testing sequences (thermal, vacuum, vibration, acoustic). /li liAnomalies Root Cause: Troubleshoot complex integration anomalies and electronic failures, conducting rigorous root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions. /li liProduction Reviews: Participate in formal design, production readiness, and configuration reviews to ensure seamless translation from the engineering lab to the cleanroom floor. /li liDocumentation Optimization: Author, review, and continuously optimize hardware verification procedures, automated test sequences, and technical manufacturing documentation. /li liIndustrialization Mentorship: Drive Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) and Design-for-Testability (DFT) initiatives to accelerate cleanroom scalability while mentoring assembly technicians and junior engineers on high-reliability aerospace standards. /li /ul h3Your Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Systems, or Software Engineering (or a closely related technical discipline). /li liDomain Expertise: A rock-solid engineering foundation with deep technical knowledge in at least one key domain: high-frequency Radio Frequency (RF) systems, complex digital electronics, mechanical structural subsystems, or flight software. /li liIndustry Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in the assembly, testing, integration, or manufacturing of highly complex hardware within space, aerospace, defense, or high-reliability technology sectors. /li liMethodologies: Strong familiarity with hardware configuration management, fast-paced production ramp-ups, test-bench setup, and formal system validation lifecycles. /li liSystems Mindset: A proactive, cross-functional engineering approach capable of identifying localized integration risks and cascading subsystem dependencies easily. /li /ul h3Languages Required /h3 ul liEnglish: Full professional written and verbal fluency is mandatory to collaborate across multi-site international engineering business units. /li /ul h3Salary Benefits /h3 ul liBase Salary: €45,000 – €68,000 per year (competitively matched to technical expertise and experience). /li liRelocation Support: Complete relocation assistance and structural support package provided for international or moving candidates relocating to Valencia. /li liCareer Evolution: Rapid internal career growth paths within a scaling global aerospace manufacturer. /li liImpact: Exposure to large-scale defense/intelligence satellite production lines with visible mission impact on cutting-edge space technology. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
