Our mission is to decode and modulate neural networks to improve people's lives. /p pAs a Manufacturing and Testing Technician, you will be supporting the fabrication and the testing of samples for process development and standard manufacturing (thin film and assembly) within a highly regulated semiconductor environment for medical devices. /p pYou will be at the forefront of bringing advanced healthcare solutions to market, making a tangible difference in people´s lives worldwide. /p pbThis position will be office-based in Bellaterra. /b /p h3Your profile /h3 pbMain responsibilities: /b /p ul liOperate equipment involved in medical device fabrication; operate assembly equipment like laser cutting, prober, tab bonder. Perform electrochemical testing for equipment performance characterization and reliability assessment. /li liRecord inspection data, prepare reports, and promptly notify supervisors of any deviation. Ensure outgoing product quality in accordance with guidelines. Assist with traceability to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements. /li liPerform routine tasks with accuracy, adhering strictly to established methodologies. /li liProvide comprehensive technical support to maintain effective manufacturing operations. /li liExecute duties following Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and safety‑compliant protocols. /li liWork in compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and established process recipes. Participate in training and qualification activities to maintain team competency and adherence to protocols. /li liSupport equipment calibration, cleanliness, and serviceability. /li liSupport supervision of materials and inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted operations, proactively managing stock, coordinating with supply chain teams, and verifying availability of critical components for timely execution of cleanroom processes. /li /ul pbMandatory Qualifications and Soft skills: /b /p ul liBachelor technical degree (engineering, materials, chemical, mechanical, electrical or related field) /li lib2+ years experience in manufacturing environment /b. Semiconductor, medical, assembly, pharmaceutical or chemical sector will be highly valued. /li libFluency in English /b required (company main language) /li liExperience with bthin films and/or semiconductor manufacturing and/or assembly. /b /li liGeneral knowledge of bmicrofabrication processes /b within the semiconductor industry, general knowledge of bassembly processes or electrochemical characterization techniques /b. /li liExperience in quality control for medical devices or another highly regulated environment. /li liDemonstrated ability to take initiative, including proactively seeking and offering assistance when needed. /li liCapable of working independently with minimal supervision. /li liStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.
