Our teams build solutions for joint reconstruction; trauma and craniomaxillofacial; sports, extremities, and elective foot and ankle; spine; and robotics and digital surgery. /p h3Product Manager Trauma Power Tools /h3 pWithin the Marketing Organization, the Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of the Trauma, CMF, and PowerTools portfolio in the local market, ensuring alignment with global and regional (EMEA) guidelines while adapting to customer and market needs. This role acts as a key bridge between Global/Regional teams, sales force, and customers, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensuring strong field execution. The Product Manager is also the main internal and external reference for technical and clinical aspects of the portfolio. In addition, the role plays a critical contribution to business growth by identifying market opportunities, leveraging customer insights, and building strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders (clinical and non‑clinical) and key opinion leaders (KOLs). /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategy Business Development /h3 ul liDevelop and execute local marketing and business plans aligned with Global and Regional (EMEA) strategy. /li liIdentify market opportunities through systematic analysis of trends, unmet customer needs, and competitive dynamics. /li liDrive business growth through portfolio development, new product opportunities, and market expansion initiatives. /li liContribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and performance tracking (sales, profitability, KPIs). /li /ul h3Portfolio Product Management /h3 ul liLead end-to-end portfolio management, including New Product Introductions (NPI), lifecycle management, segmentation, targeting and positioning. /li liEnsure launch excellence by driving readiness, go-to‑market execution, and post-launch performance tracking. /li liCoordinate cross-functionally (Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.) for launch planning, including CAPEX management and orthokits definition among others. /li liDefine product value propositions and optimize portfolio performance based on data‑driven insights. /li /ul h3Commercial Execution Field Alignment /h3 ul liTranslate strategy into actionable plans, tools, and messaging to ensure strong and consistent field execution. /li liSupport the sales team in product positioning, customer interactions, and objection handling. /li liMaintain continuous communication with the field to gather insights and ensure alignment with market realities. /li /ul h3Customer Stakeholder Engagement /h3 ul liAct as the main point of contact for technical and clinical queries related to the portfolio ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing clinical and technical needs. /li liBuild and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, medical societies, and key stakeholders. /li liSupport tender processes and contribute to pricing strategies within defined frameworks (e.g., value‑based pricing approaches). /li /ul h3Marketing Capabilities /h3 ul liDevelop and adapt promotional and educational materials, ensuring compliance with internal policies. /li liLead and coordinate training for sales teams and customers in collaboration with Commercial Education/BDS (business development specialists) /li liPlan and execute congresses, events, and educational (product related) initiatives to enhance brand positioning. /li liDrive omnichannel initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. /li /ul h3Insights, Analytics Performance /h3 ul liConduct market research, competitive analysis, and Voice of Customer (VoC) collection to inform decision‑making. /li liMonitor and analyze key business metrics, including sales performance, pricing, margins, and profitability. /li liGenerate insights and recommend strategic and tactical improvements based on data. /li /ul h3Compliance Ways of Working /h3 ul liEnsure proper documentation and strict adherence to internal processes and compliance frameworks. /li liCollaborate closely with Global and Regional (EMEA) Marketing, as well as cross‑functional teams (Sales, Medical Affairs, experience in Marketing and/or Sales within Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry (Trauma experience highly desirable) /li liProven experience in product management and portfolio ownership, including product launches (NPI) and lifecycle management /li liStrong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including stakeholders, tender processes, and hospital decision‑making /li liDemonstrated ability to drive business results, including experience with pricing, forecasting, and performance tracking (KPIs, margins, sales) /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills /li liAdvanced level of English (written and spoken) /li liStrong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with ability to translate insights into action /li liProven ability to lead by influence in complex, cross‑functional and matrix organizations /li liStrong customer orientation with experience interacting with healthcare professionals and KOLs /li liHigh level of ownership, accountability, and execution mindset /li liProactive, results‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment /li liStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, base pay, we offer the following benefits: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
