Review materials, finishes, FF&E replacements, and technical solutions to ensure consistency with company standards, and identify and resolve deviations affecting quality, guest experience, or operational functionality. Budget & Reporting Support Support CAPEX budget tracking and cost‑efficiency reviews in coordination with Finance and Delivery teams, assist in evaluating alternative refurbishment solutions while maintaining quality standards, and prepare project updates, reports, and status presentations for internal stakeholders.
