Possessing a holistic view of business management, strong financial acumen, project management understanding, and attention to detail. /li liAs a tactical leader and an exceptional communicator, you will bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution, supporting our local leadership and ensuring our development teams have everything they need to succeed. Someone who genuinely cares about people, embraces a service-oriented mindset, and serves as the operational backbone of an inclusive and people-first studio. /li /ul h3bWhat You’ll Do /b /h3 h3bGlobal Operations Alignment /b /h3 ul liGuarantees that all studio operations operate in strict accordance with global T2/2K policies and standards, and mandatory regional Spanish regulations. /li liLocal contact person for implementation of 2K and Take-Two (T2) projects. /li liProvide direct support to the Operations Director on projects and metrics of the global division. /li /ul h3bStudio Operations Financial Control /b /h3 ul liLead the planning, management, and control of the annual studio budget. Responsible for studio expense control, monitoring and meeting financial objectives. /li liProcess optimization: Proactively identify blockers, inefficiencies, and uncertainties.
