In this role, you will be the operational backbone for our interim management and freelance sectors, ensuring the legal and financial integrity of our partnerships across Europe. /p pActing as the primary link between candidates, clients, and internal departments, you will combine high-level contract expertise with a service-oriented mindset. Your work directly impacts the accuracy of payroll and invoicing while ensuring the business remains compliant with complex labor regulations. /p h3Responsibilities and Impact /h3 ul libContract Lifecycle Management: /b Lead the full contract lifecycle for contractors and freelancers, with a specialized focus on Interim Management. /li libDocumentation Compliance: /b Prepare, review, and manage contracts, ensuring all legal documentation, work permits, and certifications are accurate and up to date. /li libData Integrity: /b Create and maintain candidate and client master data in ERP systems to ensure seamless timesheet processing, invoicing, and reconciliation. /li libContractor Onboarding: /b Act as a specialist guide for contractors, assisting them with portal navigation, pay slips, and invoicing procedures. /li libFinancial Operations: /b Handle client invoicing, portal uploads, reconciliation of receivables, and management of self-billing processes. /li libDispute Resolution: /b Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating closely with finance and collections teams. /li libConsulting Support: /b Provide accurate and timely responses to complex queries from candidates, clients, and internal consultants. /li libBusiness Intelligence: /b Generate essential reports regarding contracts, invoices, and reconciliation data to support business decisions. /li libCross-Functional Collaboration: /b Partner with recruitment, payroll, finance, and legal teams to ensure fluid operations. /li /ul h3Skills and Qualifications Needed /h3 pbLanguage Skills: /b Fluency in bFrench /b and bEnglish /b is essential; Spanish or other EU languages are a plus. /p pbProfessional Experience: /b 1–3 years of experience in bcontract management /b, payroll, recruitment, or middle/back-office operations. /p pbRegional Knowledge: /b Solid understanding of bFrench labor law /b and administrative landscape (URSSAF, CPAM, and France Travail). /p pbTechnical Proficiency: /b Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP tools such as bSalesforce /b, bOracle /b, or similar. /p pbSoft Skills: /b Exceptional attention to detail, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage deadlines under pressure. /p pbMindset: /b A proactive team player who can also work independently and take initiative. /p h3What’s in it for you? /h3 pbLocation: /b Barcelona (Dynamic, international environment with 40+ nationalities). /p pbContract: /b Permanent, full-time. /p pbPackage: /b Competitive salary plus benefits (meal vouchers, pension plan, life insurance). /p pbGrowth: /b Significant career development opportunities within an international Shared Services Centre. /p pbStart Date: /b ASAP. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
