ph3The Opportunity /h3 /brpWe are looking for a Global Fire and Explosion Safety Specialist to join our team as Program Lead. /p /brpIn this role, you will lead and manage our Fire and Explosion Safety Program, ensuring compliance with internal, industry, and regulatory standards across our global facilities. /p /brpThis is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our safety culture and operational excellence. /p /brpWe are considering different locations for this role in Spain (Córdoba, Bilbao, Madrid, Zaragoza). /p /br /brh3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 /brul /brliLead the BU Fire and Explosion Safety Program, including related processes and technical guidance. /li /brliAssess and safeguard Fire and Explosion prevention systems on BU TR facilities, tools, and equipment. /li /brliDevelop and implement cross-functional strategies for Fire and Explosion safety measures and standards. /li /brliConduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies for Fire and Explosion safety. /li /brliProvide training and develop technical competencies in Fire and Explosion safety at local sites. /li /brliDefine requirements for Fire and Explosion safety during purchasing, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. /li /brliCoordinate with internal Real Estate projects to ensure compliance with legal and internal safety requirements. /li /brliInvestigate Fire and Explosion incidents, determine root causes, and prepare corrective and preventive action plans. /li /br /ul /br /brh3Your background /h3 /brul /brliBachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering, with a specialization in Fire and Explosion safety. /li /brliOver 8 years of experience in relevant functions. In-depth understanding of EN (EU) Fire and Explosion Regulations, SEVESO, ATEX, British Standards, API, and NFPA requirements. /li /brliExperience in defining and conducting Fire and Explosion safety inspections and audits. /li /brliProven ability to collaborate with insurance companies on Fire and Explosion prevention. /li /brliStrong technical safety knowledge and experience in risk review for capital projects related to Fire and Explosion safety. /li /brliWillingness to travel globally (10-20% time), and fluency in English. /li /br /ul /br /brh3More About Us /h3 /brpOur flexible working practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow. /p /brpOur employee benefit programs are tailored to each country, depending on location of employment and job grade.
