Through your work, you will not only shape digital experiences, you will simplify decision‑making processes, accelerate innovation, and improve the daily work of thousands of users. /p pPlease note: The job title used in this advertisement may differ from the official contractual title. /p h3Tasks And Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive end‑to‑end UX research and design — from initial discovery and concept development to prototyping and final visual design /li liDeeply understand user needs by conducting interviews, usability tests, and analytical evaluations; translate insights into clear personas, user journeys, and actionable recommendations /li liCreate and iteratively refine prototypes to rapidly validate ideas and continuously improve solutions /li liEnsure accessibility and design consistency, including adherence to design systems, standards, and guidelines /li liCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and key stakeholders, and communicate findings and design decisions in a clear and compelling way /li liContinuously identify, assess, and prioritize user pain points to drive measurable improvements across the platform experience /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree in human‑centered design, psychology, business informatics, or a comparable field, or a bachelor's degree/vocational training with extensive relevant professional experience /li liSeveral years of experience as a UX researcher/designer in complex, technical environments (e.g., global data platforms) and/or in a scientific context (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medicine, research) /li liExperience working with enterprise platforms for data and AI applications /li liComfortable translating research into personas, jobs‑to‑be‑done, and user journeys for data/AI personas; ability to quantify impact (e.g., time to first insight, task success rates, adoption) /li liProficiency in user research, information architecture, prototyping (e.g., Figma Make), user journey mapping, and visual design and experience with design systems and accessibility (WCAG) /li liStructured, independent working style; enjoy working in cross‑functional, geographically distributed teams /li liExcellent communication skills in English; German and Spanish skills are a plus /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liFlexible working conditions /li liLife and accident insurance /li liHealth insurance at a competitive price /li liInvestment in your learning and development /li liGym membership discounts /li /ul pBoehringer Ingelheim es una empresa global que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades y se enorgullece de mantener una cultura diversa e inclusiva.
