ph3Senior AI Trainer – CBRE (Madrid, MD, ES) /h3pFull time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. /ph3Role Overview /h3pCBRE Europe Advisory is building a progressive AI skills program to equip employees across the region with the knowledge and tools to work effectively in an AI-enabled environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ullibProgram Delivery /b: Design and deliver live AI training sessions tailored to CBRE business lines across Europe, building on foundational and tool-level learning completed in Levels 1 and 2. /lilibNeeds Analysis /b: Work with internal stakeholders to identify relevant AI use cases, workflows, and pain points specific to CBRE’s Advisory practice. /lilibContent Development /b: Develop session content that is practical, immediately applicable, and aligned to CBRE’s strategic AI priorities and the broader enterprise AI toolset, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude as primary platforms, alongside Google Gemini, GPT, Perplexity, Gamma, Suno, Notebook LM, HeyGen, Seedance, and other emerging generative AI applications relevant to CBRE’s research, productivity, presentation, and creative workflows. /lilibFacilitation /b: Facilitate engaging, high-quality sessions for mixed-experience audiences across multiple markets, adapting delivery style and content as required. /lilibProgram Iteration /b: Track engagement, gather feedback, and iterate on content to maintain quality and relevance over time. /lilibStakeholder Management /b: Collaborate with the AI Lead and HR/LD function to integrate sessions into the broader Academy calendar and communications plan. /li /ulh3Skills Experience – Essential /h3ulliDemonstrable experience designing and delivering AI training or change programs within large, complex organisations. /liliProven track record operating at Director level or above, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. /liliExperience working across multiple European markets, with sensitivity to cultural and linguistic diversity. /liliExceptional facilitation and communication skills – able to make complex concepts accessible and compelling. /liliAbility to translate strategic AI priorities into practical, role-relevant learning content. /li /ulh3Desirable /h3ulliBackground in real‑estate, professional services, or financial services. /liliExperience embedding AI tools within advisory or transaction-focused teams. /liliFamiliarity with instructional design frameworks and adult learning principles. /liliRecognised AI / ML certifications (e.g., Microsoft AI‑900 / AI‑102, Google Cloud Generative AI, AWS AI Practitioner) or equivalent demonstrable depth. /liliLight coding / scripting literacy (Python, JavaScript, or no-code / low-code) sufficient to demo API calls and simple agent flows. /liliMastery level expertise in Microsoft Copilot and Claude including advanced prompting, agentic and multi-step workflows, custom GPTs / Projects / Artifacts, MCP and tool integrations, governance/admin controls, and enterprise deployment patterns. Able to demonstrate non-trivial, business-grade use cases live in front of senior audiences. /liliStrong hands‑on proficiency across a broader ecosystem of LLMs and AI applications – including Google Gemini, Perplexity (incl.
