Fluency in French is required and strong skills in data coverage, quality, and timeliness are essential. The role is based in our Data and Development Center EMEA in Madrid. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCollaborate closely with the global data teams. /liliAct as a data expert on investment data points, processes, methodologies, calculations, and various fund structures. /liliManage business relationships with fund companies and providers, setting up acquisition channels and serving as a point of escalation. /liliMeet predetermined production deadlines for internal and external clients. /liliContinuously evaluate procedures, create and enhance analytical tools, and implement process improvement projects. /liliUtilize project‑management methodologies such as LEAN Six Sigma to track, evaluate, and determine resolution approaches for complex data issues. /liliCollect and maintain Morningstar data, ensuring high levels of accuracy, completeness, and coverage. /liliTake ownership of issues in the data ticket queue, provide timely updates, follow‑up, expedition, and resolution. /liliUnderstand roles and responsibilities of internal partners to expedite issue resolution. /liliTranslate requests from internal clients into detailed written specifications and user stories. /liliImprove and document client use cases to ensure new functionality meets and exceeds client expectations. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or equivalent. /liliFluent in English and French; another European language is an advantage (German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese). /liliProficient oral and written communication skills. /liliStrong teamwork and inclusive communication across diverse backgrounds. /liliSolid understanding of the financial industry and passion for investment data. /liliExcellent organizational and time‑management skills, capable of handling high volumes of data and meeting strict deadlines. /liliExperience in data methodology/quality and processes is a big bonus. /liliPrevious experience in project management is preferred. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Excel. /li /ulh3Compensation /h3pBase Salary: EUR 38,000 – 50,666.66.
