ph3Mission of the Position /h3 pManage the tactical execution of the global PR and communications strategy. This role is responsible for driving the lifecycle of PR tools, coordinating international media requests, and supporting local and international event planning. You will act as the primary liaison for regional PR offices and agencies to ensure brand alignment, qualitative coverage, and seamless logistics and activation implementations across all markets. /p h3Description Of Responsibilities /h3 pMedia Coordination Editorial PR /p ul liCoordinate the international PR network, serving as the daily point of contact for regional offices and agencies to ensure brand alignment and timely delivery of assets. /li liFacilitate high-priority editorial placements by proactively managing media requests and pitching product news to key editorial contacts. /li liExecute the global press calendar, managing the planning and logistical coordination for Press Days, shop openings, and seasonal shows. /li liMonitor and analyze seasonal KPIs, compiling comprehensive global reports and leading weekly status updates with regional teams to track PR performance. /li liManage the editorial database, ensuring contacts are kept current and identifying new media opportunities within the fashion and lifestyle sectors. /li /ul pTools Content Development /p ul liLiaise with Photo and Content teams to coordinate the production of press releases, digital press kits, and other essential communication tools. /li liMaintain the Digital Press Room (Google Drive), ensuring all global agencies have access to the correct technical specifications and visual assets. /li liSupervise the global media archive, ensuring all clippings and magazine appearances are tracked and organized for the communications team. /li liCoordinate advertising materials, overseeing the delivery schedule and technical requirements for global media placements. /li /ul pOperational Sample Oversight /p ul liOversee the seasonal sample workflow, ensuring the HQ stockroom and international showrooms are organized to support high-level editorial needs. /li liSupport the gifting and seeding process, from product selection and order placement in SAP to final distribution to Friends of the House and media. /li liMonitor PR administrative tasks, guiding the daily workload of PR interns. /li liEnsure logistical efficiency for press travels and events, acting as the key coordinator for on-site execution and stakeholder needs. /li /ul h3Requirements For The Position /h3 ul liMinimum of 3–4 years of experience in a similar press or communications role (Agency or In-house). /li liExceptional writing skills and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish. /li liA sound understanding of the global media landscape and the fashion retail environment. /li liAttention to detail while maintaining multi-tasking skills. /li liStrong proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking. /li liAdvanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
