ppWe are looking for a bPerformance Tools Manager /b who will ensure the bsteady and fluid operation /b of the bMission Performance /b department by means of checking the bcorrect operation of Mission Performance tools /b, developing bnew software /b, defining bnew requirements /b and managing the development and acceptance of the tools. For these activities: /p h3Your main responsibilities/activities will be: /h3 ul libCoordination of the team /b in charge of maintaining and evolving Mission Performance Tools, /li liMaintain the performance tools, networks, connections and ensure that they can be operated, /li liManagement and control the obsolescence and guarantee of Mission Performance tools, /li liManagement of Observation Reports (ORs), local configuration management, control of changes and documentation management, /li liRaise ORs for the anomalies found in Performance Tools and to participate actively in the Observation Report Board and the follow-up of the anomalies related to Service Provision, /li liMaintain, develop scripts, software related to the exploitation of tools (e.g. automation of activities), /li liMaintain and evolve the User Performance Continuous Monitoring (UPCM) Tool and similar software developed to provide real time information to users (internal and external users), /li liProposition of evolutions on tools and to manage the Service Provision Requirement Document for the part corresponding to Mission Performance activities, /li liBe responsible of the acceptance of new or evolved performance tools and to participate actively during the corresponding industry qualification milestones, /li liSupport to the system and service Change Control Boards (CCB) and related taskforces in the aspects related to performance tools, /li liSupport the EGNOS System formal Reviews, /li liCoordinate and supervise the installations and deployments related to performance tools. /li /ul h3PROFILE: /h3 pb5 years of professional experience in complex technical systems /b, preferably in the space, aviation, GNSS/SBAS or safety-related domain, /p pExperience in bcomplex system engineering and achirtecture within European context /b /p pb3 years /b of experience in the bmanagement /b, barchitecture /b, bdesign, development or evolution of software /b-intensive systems or operational tools. /p pExperience in international (European) projects is required. /p ul liLeadership and team-building /li liExperience in design and development of complex software related to GNSS performance analysis. /li liExperience with software/system lifecycle, from requirements to maintenance. /li liKnowledge of structured engineering environments, preferably in European space, aviation or safety-related contexts, including: /li lisystem engineering lifecycle, /li liECSS-based processes, /li liconfiguration and change control, /li liinterface management, /li liVV practices, /li liproduct assurance, /li lisafety/criticality concepts /li licybersecurity constraints. /li liUnderstanding of software development technologies, such as Python, MATLAB, C/C++, Visual Basic.Net and scripting. /li liKnowledge of operational monitoring, data analysis and reporting tools. /li liBasic cybersecurity awareness for operational tools and services. /li liAdaptability and initiative /li liGood capacity of analysis and synthesis /li liStrong autonomy /li liAbility to assume responsibilities /li liProject management /li liVery good level of English (B2 – C1) – CEFR /li /ul h3JOB REQUIREMENTS: /h3 ul liEngineering degree or equivalent /li liAvailable for bregular travels /b mainly in Europe /li /ul h3Remuneration package: /h3 ul libVariables /b: bonuses based on objectives /li libTeleworking /b: up to 3 days/week /li liHealth insurance, life Insurance /li liSaving plan /li liTickets Restaurant /li liSustainable Mobility Package: Home/Office travels reimbursement if car sharing or bicycling /li lib29 holidays /b (for full time year) /li /ul h3Job Location: /h3 pMadrid (Spain) /p h3Type of Contract: /h3 pFull time / Permanent /p h3ESSP is committed to cultural diversity, gender equality and the employment of disabled workers. /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
