You will create the legacy of Bacardi and drive key decisions that will significantly affect Bacardi’s full portfolio presence in the Spanish On trade. Your deep commercial knowledge, ability to develop strategic relationships and lead and inspire a Sales team will be key to your success in this role. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to delivering our 2 objectives: EFO new model. /li liAccountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers. /li liNegotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution Visibility targets. /li liDrive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase. /li liIdentify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation. /li liBe available to work at night, visiting clients and checking activation levers. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liDemonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred. /li liDemonstrable affinity with On Trade, Events and / or Promotions. /li liSolid ability to organize your work independently and effectively. /li liSolid negotiation skills. /li liGood communicator and an active listener. /li liTeam player. /li /ul h3Perks of Working With Us /h3 pAt Bacardi, we are committed to providing our Primos (employees) with a comprehensive Total Rewards package of compensation, benefits, incentives, allowances, well-being, and much more to meet the needs of themselves and their families.
