This role will act as a key business partner, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision‑making. The Financial Controller will leverage ITW Toolbox principles to drive growth and operational excellence. /p h3Operating Analysis and Planning /h3 ul liDeliver short and long‑term financial forecasting and planning. /li liAnalyze market trends. /li liSupport on driving optimization on working capital by improving inventory turnover, DSO, and DPO. /li liProvide financial support for new product development (CBI), including costing, pricing, and post‑launch performance tracking. /li liApply ITW Principles (80/20, Product Line Simplification, Segmentation, In‑lining, Market Rate of Demand) to drive growth and eliminate complexity. /li liSupport on evaluating investment opportunities. /li /ul h3Financial Reporting and Controls /h3 ul liEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with ITW policies and US GAAP. /li liOversee the monthly closing process and prepare financial statements and analysis. /li liDevelop and maintain robust KPI dashboards to support effective business management. /li liMaintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies. /li liCommunicate financial insights clearly to support strategic decisions. /li /ul h3Strategic Planning /h3 ul liContribute to develop and execute Annual and Long Range Plans based on in‑depth understanding of business and operations. /li liParticipate to FTB 80/20 process to help develop a vision and support implementation of strategic plans. /li liBuild cross‑department credibility, confidence, and collaboration with other functional areas. /li /ul h3People Leadership and Talent Development /h3 ul liIdentify, lead and develop talent in order to maximize individual, team and organizational effectiveness in meeting company goals.
