ph3About Launchmetrics /h3 pLaunchmetrics is the leading Brand Performance Cloud used by Fashion, Lifestyle and Beauty (FLB) executives to make smarter decisions around their branding efforts. /p pWith over a decade of industry expertise, we have helped more than 1,200 customers create inspiring, impactful and measurable experiences. /p pFounded in NYC and with operating headquarters in Paris, we have employees in ten markets worldwide and offer support in five languages. We have been the trusted brand performance technology to brands worldwide such as Dior, Fendi, Shiseido, NET-A-PORTER and Adidas as well as industry partners like IMG, the Council of Fashion Designers of America, the British Fashion Council, and Camera Nazionale Della Moda Italiana. /p h3How we work: pods and crafts /h3 ul liA pod is a small group, 1 to 4 people, that owns a single mission end to end: from scoping and building through cleaning, enablement and watching adoption. Pods form around a mission and dissolve when it's done. Everyone can be a pod owner, from the most junior person to the most senior, because ownership is the point. /li liYour craft is your permanent identity: Product Management, Design, or Data. It's the discipline you go deep in. /li liYour domain is your product‑area home, the part of our software suite you know best. Pods change with every mission; your craft and your domain don't. /li /ul h3About The Role /h3 pWe're looking for an Associate Product Builder with a Design craft to help shape Discover, the part of the Brand Performance Cloud where brands monitor their presence and the one of their competitors, analyse and benchmark their performance and uncover what's driving it. /p pDiscover is all about turning dense data into interfaces people actually understand and enjoy using. On top of our well adopted monitoring and reporting features, we’re currently bringing to life many AI‑led features that allow our customers to see how their brand is performing across media, influencers, celebrities and more, with Media Impact Value (MIV) at its heart. /p pThis is the Associate stage: you'll own your own small missions while always having a more senior Builder alongside you, and you'll learn the craft by doing real work inside a pod, not by watching from the sidelines. From day one, you'll be close to research and to users, because in our model the pod owns discovery end to end. This is a role for someone early in their career who learns fast, sweats the details, and wants to own real work from day one with senior product builders in their corner. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liOwn missions end to end: Scope, build with the pod, enable and monitor adoption for Discover missions, keeping a clear source of truth so everyone can see where things stand. /li liTake on real design work: Own features design, with guidance from a Senior or Principal Builder when the workflow gets complex and empowered by our AI skills and tools. /li liHelp run discovery: Take part in user interviews, surveys and usage analysis to build empathy and back your design decisions with evidence, and help share what you learn with the team. /li liMeasure what matters: Define the metrics and KPIs for adoption and performance of what you build, then actually analyse them and feed the learnings back into prioritisation. /li liKeep an eye on the market: Stay close to the competitive landscape and where brand measurement is heading, and let that sharpen your thinking. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders: Collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders and leadership, speaking the right language to each. /li liRaise the bar around you: Contribute to shared tooling and processes, and help the design domain get sharper over time. /li /ul h3What Are We Looking For /h3 ul liA grounding in design: You know the fundamentals and user‑centred design principles, and you're detail‑oriented in your visual work. You’re proficient with Figma, Lovable or other design tools. You can use them to produce wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs. /li liA real discovery instinct: You start from the problem, not the solution, and you're happy talking to users and turning fuzzy needs into something measurable. /li liBusiness sense: You understand our industry and our customers well enough to know why one kind of data matters to them and another doesn't, and you're curious about the challenges fashion and luxury brands face. /li liSelf‑sufficient across crafts: You can do enough product thinking and interface reasoning to keep a small pod moving without waiting for someone else. /li liClear and trusted: You communicate simply with both technical and business people, follow through on what you own, and people come to rely on you as the reference for your scope. /li liClear communication and fluent English: You can explain your thinking, you're comfortable in a fast‑paced environment, and you're keen to learn. Our team is international; other languages are a welcome bonus. /li /ul h3WHERE THIS ROLE CAN GROW /h3 pIn the Product team, people grow by going deeper in their craft and by expanding their scope across five stages (Associate, Builder, Senior, Principal, Lead), and by taking on modular add‑on responsibilities (Ops, Client Representativity, Strategy, Management). As an Associate you can already pick up the Ops add‑on, owning a shared tool, Claude skill or a piece of the design system. The path forward runs into the Builder stage, and beyond, where add‑ons like Client Representativity, Strategy and Management open up. We'll back your growth with senior designers, shared rituals and a clear picture of what each stage looks like. /p h3OUR COMMITMENT /h3 pLaunchmetrics is proud to be an bEqual Opportunity Employer /b building a diverse and inclusive workforce. If there is anything extra we can do to help you feel at ease during your interview process, please let the PeopleOps team member you’ll be meeting with know. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
