Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing. /p pThe Infrastructure Security Communication Specialist is responsible for improving how Infrastructure Security communicates, ensures quality of published documentation and knowledge articles, manages information, and reports progress across the organization. /p pThis role acts as a key enabler for the team by ensuring that communication channels, SharePoint sites, ServiceNow service items, Knowledge Base articles, internal processes, and reporting materials are accurate, structured, up to date, and easy to use. /p pThe specialist will work closely with Infrastructure Security leaders, service owners, technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders to translate complex security and operational information into clear, consistent, and actionable content. The role will also support internal team communication, process optimization, and continuous improvement of the team’s ways of working. /p h3What will you do? /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Communication Team Enablement /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain clear, consistent, and engaging communication materials for the Infrastructure Security team. /li liSupport internal communication within the team, including announcements, updates, newsletters, team briefings, leadership messages, and key initiative communications. /li liEnsure communication is aligned with team priorities, security objectives, and organizational standards. /li liTranslate technical information into clear, business-friendly messages for different audiences. /li liSupport communication for major Infrastructure Security initiatives, transformation programs, service changes, and organizational updates. /li /ul h3Communication Tools Channels Management /h3 ul liOrganize, maintain, and continuously improve the team’s communication tools and channels, including SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, newsletters, mailing lists, and other internal platforms. /li liEnsure the Infrastructure Security SharePoint site is well structured, user-friendly, and up to date. /li liCreate and maintain content governance standards for team sites and communication platforms. /li liImprove the accessibility, consistency, and findability of information across communication channels. /li liIdentify opportunities to simplify and modernize how the team shares information. /li /ul h3ServiceNow Service Item Knowledge Base Management /h3 ul liEnsure Infrastructure Security service items in ServiceNow are accurate, complete, and regularly updated. /li liReview and improve service descriptions, request forms, workflows, ownership information, SLAs, and related documentation. /li liMaintain and update Knowledge Base articles to ensure they are current, clear, and useful for end users and support teams. /li liWork with service owners and technical SMEs to validate content accuracy. /li liEstablish a regular review cycle for ServiceNow catalog items and KB articles. /li liIdentify gaps in existing documentation and coordinate the creation or improvement of knowledge content. /li /ul h3Process Review Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liReview current team processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and improvement. /li liDocument and maintain key Infrastructure Security processes, procedures, and operating models. /li liSupport the design and implementation of improved ways of working across the team. /li liHelp define process ownership, documentation standards, and review mechanisms. /li liPartner with stakeholders to ensure processes are practical, clear, and aligned with operational needs. /li liPromote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. /li /ul h3Reporting Leadership Support /h3 ul liSupport the preparation of regular reports, dashboards, executive updates, and leadership presentation materials. /li liConsolidate inputs from different team members and transform them into clear, structured reporting. /li liTrack communication, documentation, service catalog, and process improvement progress. /li liHelp ensure reporting materials are accurate, visually clear, and aligned with leadership expectations. /li liSupport the creation of talking points, meeting materials, summaries, and action trackers for Infrastructure Security leadership. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with Infrastructure Security leaders, service owners, project managers, technical experts, and operational teams. /li liAct as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders by making information easier to understand and consume. /li liGather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve communication channels, knowledge content, service information, and processes. /li liBuild strong working relationships across Infrastructure Security, IT, Cybersecurity, and support functions. /li /ul h3What qualifications will make you successful /h3 h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Knowledge Management, or a related field. /li liExperience in internal communications, knowledge management, service management, process improvement, or IT operations. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills. /li liAbility to structure complex information in a clear and user-friendly way. /li liExperience managing SharePoint sites, Teams channels, intranet pages, or similar collaboration platforms. /li liFamiliarity with ServiceNow service catalog, Knowledge Base articles, or ITSM processes. /li liStrong organization, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to work with technical teams and translate technical content into clear documentation or communication materials. /li liProficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience working in cybersecurity, infrastructure, IT operations, or a technology environment. /li liKnowledge of ITIL, IT service management, or service catalog governance. /li liExperience with process mapping, documentation standards, and continuous improvement methodologies. /li liExperience preparing executive reports, dashboards, or leadership presentations. /li liFamiliarity with cybersecurity domains such as Identity, Vulnerability Management, Network Security, Cloud Security, Zero Trust, or Infrastructure Security. /li liExperience in global or matrix organizations. /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3
