And through diversity, we have harnessed the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of the humanities. /ppstrongOur People /strong /ppAt IE, we are: /pulliPeople-driven /liliChange Builders /liliKnowledge Champions /li /ulpWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Segovia. /ppstrongYour role as Coordinator (Temporary) will involve: /strong /pulliCoordinate and manage activities for assigned student clubs: the Girl Up Club and Women in Business Club. /liliProvide support and mentorship to student interns and volunteers collaborating with the office. /liliManage logistics and organization of student events, ensuring smooth execution. /liliMaintain and update activity records and participant databases. /liliFacilitate communication between clubs, the institution, and other stakeholders. /liliPrepare reports and administrative documentation related to student activities. /liliAssist in coordinating institutional protocols and procedures related to student experience. /liliEnsure excellent service and support to students, collaborators, and external stakeholders. /liliLead communication with the Women’s Department of the Junta de Castilla y León. /liliManage documentation related to the grant awarded by the Junta de Castilla y León for the development of activities promoting gender equality on campus. /liliRepresent the university in equality council meetings of the city council, provincial government, and Junta de Castilla y León. /li /ulpstrongTo thrive in this role, you should have: /strong /pulliAssociate's degree in Administration, Event Management, Education, or related fields. /liliExperience in administrative management and event organization. /liliAbility to work in a team and multicultural environments. /liliStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. /liliFlexibility and availability to participate in occasional events outside regular hours. /liliPrevious experience in educational environments or student club management. /liliKnowledge of event management tools and database administration. /liliFamiliarity with gender equality promotion and gender violence prevention. /li /ulpIf you are passionate about organizing student activities, teamwork, and making a positive impact on the university community, we invite you to apply! /ppIt’s time to bring your best and make your mark.
