Your Mission You will act as a trusted finance business partner for License, R&D and product acquisition activities. You will provide meaningful financial insights, robust analysis and clear recommendations to support strategic decision‑making, working closely with Finance, Business Development, R&D, Legal and Supply Chain teams in an international environment. Your Major Accountabilities • Drive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for License and R&D activities., • Provide high‑quality financial analysis, insights and recommendations to support business decisions., • Oversee third‑party reporting for license agreements, including royalties, milestones, credit notes, payments and other contractual financial obligations., • Prepare financial evaluations and business cases for new license agreements, R&D projects and product acquisition opportunities., • Support investment decisions through profitability, cash‑flow and scenario analysis., • Review contractual terms from a financial perspective and ensure alignment with business assumptions., • Build and maintain reliable financial databases covering key terms of license, R&D and acquisition agreements., • Promote continuous improvement in reporting, controls, processes and financial visibility.We Would Like You To Have, • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field., • 6 years of relevant experience, at least 3 in audit at a Big Four, plus 3 in controlling, corporate finance or business finance., • Solid expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business planning., • Proven experience preparing financial models, profitability analyses and business cases., • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights., • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different functions and levels., • Fluency in English and Spanish., • Advanced Excel skills., • Nice to have: Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry and SAP FI/CO knowledge.Benefits, • Individual professional development in a leading European pharmaceutical company with an ambitious international growth strategy., • Attractive remuneration according to the experience and skills provided., • An inspiring leadership team that drives performance., • An inclusive culture promoting diversity across the teams that will inspire you every day with a passionate, dynamic, result‑focused and expert & excellent team!Equal Opportunity Employer At Neuraxpharm, we ensure an inclusive, diverse, safe and respectful work environment for everyone in our organization.
