This role aspires to transform intelligence into strategic foresight, ensuring the company remains resilient, informed and prepared in the face of a constantly changing threat landscape. /p pThe CTI function operates as a global, intelligence-driven capability that supports proactive risk management, incident response and strategic decision-making. It provides actionable intelligence to executive leadership, cyber defence, fraud and other key stakeholders across the organisation. /p pThe team integrates multiple intelligence disciplines (strategic, operational and technical) to deliver timely insights, enable prioritization and enhance resilience. /p pWe’re bshaping the way we work /b through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: /p ul lipCreating high quality cyber threat intelligence across strategic, operational and technical levels /p /li lipCoordinating intelligence collection and analysis activities across regions to maintain a unified intelligence capability /p /li lipProviding expert judgement for complex analytical or attribution assessments /p /li lipLiaising with Incident Response, Threat Detection, Risk and senior business stakeholders to ensure intelligence directly informs decision-making and mitigations /p /li lipMaintain and expand coverage of high priority threat actos, campaigns and sectors relevant to the organization’s global footprint /p /li lipRepresent the CTI function in cross-functional or external intelligence-sharing initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and legal frameworks /p /li lipAssist in the strengthening of the team’s analytical capabilities and development of the team. /p /li /ul h3WHAT YOU’LL BRING /h3 pOur people are our greatest strength. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. /p h3Professional Experience /h3 ul lip8-10 years of professional experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, Cybersecurity Operations or related intelligence roles within large enterprises (Required) /p /li lipExperience managing and integrating multiple intelligence sources, including structured (Required) /p /li lipFamiliarity with threat modelling frameworks (MITRE ATTCK, Killchain, Diamond Model) and experience applying them in analytical frameworks (Required) /p /li lipPrior involvement in intelligence-sharing communities or public-private partnerships (Preferred) /p /li lipExperience contributing to or leading automation or process-improvement initiatives within CTI operations (Preferred) /p /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul lipDegree in Computer Science, Information Security, Intelligence Studies or a related technical or analytical discipline (Required) /p /li lipMaster’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Cybersecurity, International Security or Data Analytics (Preferred) /p /li lipRecognised industry certifications such as GCTI, GCIH, CCTIA or CISSP (Preferred) /p /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul lipEnglish (Required) /p /li lipSpanish (Required) /p /li /ul h3Hard Skills /h3 ul lipAbility to track, profile and assess adversary groups, campaigns and TTPs using structured analytic techniques (Required) /p /li lipExperience creating finished intelligence across strategic, operational and tactical levels (Required) /p /li lipHands-on experience with intelligence platforms and tooling (Required) /p /li lipUnderstanding of network defence technologies (EDR, SIEM, firewalls, proxies) (Required) /p /li lipCapability to interpret malware reports, C2 infrastructure and IOCs at a contextual level (Preferred) /p /li lipScripting and automation, familiarity with Python or automation of intelligence flows (Preferred) /p /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul lipAbility to distil complex and ambiguous information into clear, evidence-based assessments that drive decisions /p /li lipUnderstanding the broader business and geopolitical context of cyber threats to anticipate how emerging risks translate into organisational impact /p /li lipBuilding relationships with incident response, SOC, risk and executive functions /p /li lipCapable of delivering concise, compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences; from technical teams to senior leadership /p /li lipBalancing short-term tactical needs with long-term strategic initiatives /p /li /ul h3WE VALUE YOUR IMPACT /h3 pYour contribution matters , and it’s recognized.
